YOU CAN'T RUN

The workout app for those of us who don't run. Build your own workouts, follow a program, and let the map and your watch do the rest.

No profile. No login. You don't have to create anything at all — open the app and go. Everything saves on your phone, and your workouts land in Apple Health.

What it does

Built for the rest of us

Everything you need to get out the door — without any of the stuff you don't.

🏗️

Build your own workouts

Compose workouts from blocks and steps: walking, jogging, running, strength, planks, rest and stretching. Set goals in time, distance, steps, rounds or heart rate.

↩️

Turn around halfway

Pick an out-and-back workout and the app tells you when you're halfway. The rest of the way home takes care of itself.

📋

Follow a program

Built-in programs like Couch to 5K, From 5 to 10K, Walk Yourself Strong and Back After the Break. One workout at a time — the app keeps track.

🎲

Let the app mix one for you

Tell the generator how much time you have and how hard it's allowed to be — and it mixes a workout for you. New mix with one tap.

👻

Race yourself

The ghost pacer shows where you were last time on the same route — and tells you along the way whether you're ahead or behind. Set records, build streaks.

Apple Watch support

A full Watch app that runs the whole workout from your wrist — with a live timeline, your real heart rate, and a Quick Walk grid of every way to move.

How you want to move

Pick your route type

Every workout runs in one of four modes — choose what fits the walk, not the other way around.

🔄

Loop

Your classic circuit. The app detects each time you return to the start and records the lap — showing you whether you're faster or slower than the lap before.

↩️

Halfway turn-around

Park the car, walk out — and the app calculates when to turn back so you end up exactly where you started. No guessing, no maths, no stopping to check your phone.

↔️

Out and back

Tap the button when you turn around, and race your own outward pace on the way home. A simple way to push a little harder without noticing.

🗺️

Free

No route, no targets. Just go. The app tracks distance, pace and time in the background and stays completely out of your way.

Special modes

Walking with company

Some walks aren't about pace. These two modes know that.

🐕

Dog walk

Your dog is not interested in your pace goal. Dog mode mutes all alerts and just tracks distance and time — so you can stay focused on who's pulling the lead.

👶

Stroller walk

Completely silent — no beeps, no announcements, nothing that wakes anyone up. The app quietly tracks your distance and streak while you do something much more important.

Quick Walk

Not everything is running

Out the door in two taps — on foot or on wheels. Pick how you're moving, choose a goal, and go.

🚲

Bike & skate count as exercise

Cycling and roller skating are real movement — tracked without steps and saved to Apple Health as exactly what they are.

🚗

Other movement, kept separate

Scooter, motorcycle and car land under “Other movement” in your history — so a drive never pretends to be a workout, and never touches your Health rings.

📍

Your nearest landmark

Turn-around trips remember the furthest place you reached. Your history shows the nearest landmark by name — not just a dot on the map.

Little reasons to head out

Surprises along the way

The app keeps finding excuses to get you outside — and rewards you for going.

🌦️

Weather walks

Special walks that only unlock when the weather is right — rain, frost, fog, a full moon… even a rainbow, when the sun and rain show up together.

🌍

Walk the world

Famous city routes turned into real distances — the Lakes of Copenhagen, the Royal Parks of London, the Central Park loop. Walk them wherever you are.

🚩

Walked it for real

Do a city or country walk in the actual place and it earns a “you were there” badge. There's a route for every European country — and it only opens on home soil.

Out in the world

Walk up to a place,
and a workout appears

Think Pokémon GO, but for walking. Stand near a landmark — a museum, a lighthouse, a gorge — and a workout pops up that only exists because you're there. Walk it, collect it, climb its leaderboard.

📍

A workout only you can see here

Built from the spot's real coordinate, so the same place gives the same walk to everyone who stands there — anywhere in the world. Preview the distance and route before you commit. You never start a walk you don't know.

🏅

Collect places like badges

Every spot you complete drops into your collection — a quiet album of everywhere your feet have carried you. The person with 484 different places is the hero here, no matter their pace.

🥾

Pick them up as you pass

On a long hike you don't double back for every landmark. Pass enough of them on one real trip and the app sweeps them up afterwards — and pins each one on your route map, so you see exactly where you collected it.

🚶

Walkers collect

A walk is never a race nobody can win. Walkers compete on how many places they've been — show up, and you climb. No clock, no shame.

and
🏃

Runners race

Same place, same route for everyone — so the leaderboard is fair. If you want a clock, the fastest time at each spot is yours to chase.

Nothing leaves your phone until you choose a nickname yourself. No name, no sharing — collect just for you.

iPhone + Apple Watch

One workout, two devices

Start on your phone, finish on your watch — or the other way around. They work as one.

📱iPhone
Apple Watch
🤝

Hand it over mid-walk

Phone running low, or want your watch to take over the pulse? Pass the live workout to the other device — no gap, no double entries. It lands in Apple Health as one clean workout.

♻️

Pick up where you left off

App got closed, phone restarted? Your workout is saved as you move — reopen the app and resume exactly where you stopped, with the whole route intact.

❤️

Watch as a heart-rate monitor

Run the workout on your phone and let your watch feed it your real heart rate and calories — live, on your wrist and on the phone at once.

🔒

Live Activity on the Lock Screen

Pace, the next step and a colour-coded timeline of the whole workout — right there on your Lock Screen, without unlocking a thing.

Goes the distance

It learns your battery

The watch only helps if it's still alive at the far end of the walk. So the app quietly learns how far your battery actually takes you — and watches your back.

🔋

Knows your real range

After a few walks it learns how much distance and time you get per percent — on each device separately, because a watch and a phone drain differently. No guessing from a spec sheet.

A heads-up before you start

If a long walk won't make it on the charge you've got, you hear about it before you leave — with a suggested top-up. It only ever advises. “I'm my own battery — let me go” is always one tap away.

🤝

Hand it over before it dies

Drop below 15% mid-walk and the app offers to pass the live workout to your other device — no gap, no lost route. If the watch is fading, it reminds you that's where your heart rate lives.

🥾

Hike mode for the long days

A low-power walk built for a 16 km day out. The watch drops its live map, the phone slows the camera right down — so the route still records, but the battery lasts. The app even suggests it when the charge looks tight.

See it for yourself

The actual app. No fluff.

Real screens from the real app — what you tap is what you get.
